Registration for Summer 2024 groups coming soon.
Join us for one of our upcoming 8-week long sessions to sing, learn strategies for managing worry and anxiety, meet new people, and build confidence through singing and discussion. Currently offering in person groups in Kingston ON and Montreal QC, running between February19th-April 21st 2024.
Ages 7-9 in person (Kingston) with MTA Nicole
Thursdays 4:00pm-5:00pm EST
February 22nd-April 18th 2024
No session on March 14th due to March Break
Location: 1296 Bath Road (Blue Canoe Productions Studio)
Ages 10-15 in person (Kingston) with MTA Nicole
Sundays 11:30am-12:30pm
February 25th-April 21st 2024
No session on March 10th due to March Break; Session will occur March 17th. If you will be away
for both, please make note of this during registration and will may make changes based on interest/need.

No session on April 1st due to Easter Monday
Location: Accompagner à Grandir: 2435 Chemin Manella, Montréal (Suite 250).
The group runs weekly for 8 weeks. Cost is reflective of the full 8 week series.

Why join Sing It Girls™ ?
Sing It Girls™ is a one of a kind group program for girls ages 7-15 that uses singing, breathing exercises, and movement to build confidence and promote self care. It provides a fun space for girls to develop skills for working through worry and anxiety that they can take with them in to their every day lives.
By building a strong, confident voice with others in the group, girls can take that strong, confident voice with them out in to the world.
In this group, girls will:
develop healthy, strong voices through singing techniques
learn breathing techniques to help with stressful situations
sing familiar songs and create new songs with the group
have fun while nurturing their love of music
