FemJam is a music wellness group for adolescent girls (aged 9 - 18) to connect with one another through shared experience. Common group topics may include (but are not limited to): self-identity, anxiety, stress, peer pressure, bullying, emotional development, attachment styles/relationships, etc.

(Note: Currently only available at our Bermuda location. For similar programmes in Canada contact us.)

• FemJam is offered over a 4-week period with bi-weekly groups (8 total) led by a certified music therapist. 

• We want to keep our group sizes small to maximize on the personalization and rapport built within the group. Register for groups early to save your spot!

• All sessions will take place at our office in the city of Hamilton.
